Iyengar Yoga with Siobhan Sloane-Seale: Wednesdays  1:30-3:00 pm, Sundays at 12-1:30 pm.

Movement Patterning with Helen Walkley: Sundays, 2-5 pm, Mondays 3-5 pm, Fridays 3:30-6pm.
