Iyengar Yoga with Eve Johnson: Sundays 10-11:45 am, Mondays 5:30 - 7 pm, Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:15 pm, Thursdays 5:30 - 7:15 pm. Classes start Sunday, September 13.

Iyengar Yoga with Gerie Primerano: Tuesdays  9:45 - 11:45 am. Classes start September 15. 

Iyengar Yoga with Siobhan Sloane-Seale: Wednesdays  1:30 - 3:00 pm,  Sundays 12 - 1:30 pm. Free introductory class, Wednesday, September 9 and Sunday, September 13.

Iyengar Yoga with Corinne Skrobot: Tuesdays, 3:30 - 5 pm, Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:15 pm, Thursdays, 8 - 9:30 am. Classes start September 15

Hatha Yoga with Mary Balomenos: Wednesdays 5:30 - 7 pm, Thursdays 10 - 11:30 am, Saturdays 10 - 11:30 am. Classes start September 9.

Vijnana Yoga with Lidija Martinovic Rekert: Urban Retreat Wednesdays 10:30am -12:45 pm,  Restorative Thursdays, 7:30 - 9 pm. Classes start September 9.

Gentle Yoga with Christine Stoddard: Sundays 7 - 8:30 pm, September 13 – December 6.

Acoustic Flow and Restore with Raelene Hodgson: Mondays 7:30 - 9 pm.  Classes start September 14.

Yin Yoga with Danielle Hoogenboom, Tuesdays, 7:30 - 9 pm, September 8 – December 15

Family Yoga with Amy Ives: Mondays, 9:30 - 10:30 am, September 14 to October 26.

Mothers Unfolding with Bethan Stewart: Mondays, 11 am to 12:30 pm, September 21 to October 19, no class on October 12. 

Pilates with Marlene Amado: Fridays  9:30 - 10:30 am. Classes start September 11.

Sundo with Lucie Lambert: Sundays 7:45 - 9:45 am. Resumes September 13.

Movement Patterning with Helen Walkley: Sundays, 2 - 5 pm, Mondays 3 - 5 pm, Fridays 3 – 5:30 pm.
