Iyengar Yoga with Eve Johnson: Sundays 10-11:45 am, Mondays 6:30-8 am & 5:30-7 pm, Tuesdays 5:30-7:15 pm, Thursdays 5:30-7:15 pm - Eve returns to the studio in September.

Iyengar Yoga with Gerie Primerano: Tuesdays  9:45-11:45 am - Geri returns to the studio in September.

Iyengar Yoga with Siobhan Sloane-Seale: Tuesdays 10 -11:30 am, Wednesdays  1:30-3:00 pm, Thursdays 5:30-7:15, Sundays 12-1:30 pm.

Hatha Yoga with Mary BalomenosWednesdays 5:30-7 pm, Saturdays 10am - 11:30 am and 12-1:30 pm.

Vijnana Yoga with Lidija Martinovic Rekert: Wednesdays 10:30am -12:45 pm. Lidija returns to the studio in September

Gentle Yoga with Christine Stoddard: Sundays 7-8:30 pm - Christine returns to the studio in September.

Acoustic Flow and Restore with Raelene HodgsonMondays 7:30-9 pm - Raelene returns to the studio in September

Pilates with Marlene Amado: Fridays  9:30-10:30 am.

Sundo with Lucie Lambert: Sundays 7:45 to 9:45 am.

Movement Patterning with Helen Walkley: Sundays, 2-5 pm, Mondays 3-5 pm, Fridays 3:30-6pm.
