Iyengar Yoga with Gerie Primerano: Tuesdays  9:45 - 11:45 am. New session starts January 5.

Iyengar Yoga Basics with Linda Shevloff, Fridays 11 am to 1 pm, February 12 to March 18.

Iyengar Yoga with Siobhan Sloane-Seale: Wednesdays  1:30 - 3:00 pm,  Sundays 12 - 1:30 pm. New session starts January 10. Free trial  class, Sunday, January 10 and Wednesday, January  13.

Iyengar Yoga with Corinne Skrobot: Tuesdays, 3:30 - 5 pm, Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:15 pm, Thursdays, 8 - 9:30 am. Classes resume January 12.

Hatha Yoga with Mary Balomenos: Wednesdays 5:30 - 7 pm, Thursdays 10 - 11:30 am, Saturdays 10 - 11:30 am. Classes resume January 6.

Vijnana Yoga with Lidija Martinovic Rekert: Urban Retreat Wednesdays 10:30am -12:45 pm, last fall class December 16, resumes January 6.

Introduction to Gentle Yoga with Jenn Sharman: Thursdays, 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. Starts January 14.

Mothers Unfolding with Bethan Stewart: Mondays, 11 am to 12:30 pm. New Session starts January 4. . 

Pilates with Marlene Amado: Fridays  9:30 - 10:30 am. Final fall class December 18. Classes resume January 8.
