Yoga on 7th is located at 156 East 7th Avenue, in the block west  of Main Street, on 7th Avenue.

You can reach us easily on either the Main Street or Broadway buses. We are two blocks north of Broadway (towards the mountains).

There is a bike rack off the lane behind the building. You are also welcome to bring your bike inside.

Free street parking is most often available on Quebec Street and on 6th Avenue, especially outside of regular business hours.

There is plentiful parking in the EasyPark lot on 7th Avenue, across the street from the studio, at $1 per hour.

To keep our classes tranquil, the telephone in the studio is not set to ring. We try to return phone messages as soon as possible.
