A revolutionary approach to creating healthy posture, Spinefulness teaches you how to sit, stand, walk, bend and sleep in total comfort.

Come for this free 90-minute introductory class, and:

Wear loose comfortable clothing, no special clothes required. Avoid wearing jeans. If you can sit down in a chair and stand up again, you can do this class.
