Improving the quality of your health will improve the quality of your life! In this class you can expect a warm, welcoming environment to explore your true potential. The foundations of Iyengar yoga—alignment, props and breath—will be evident. You will receive penetrating instruction infused with humor and imagery by a kind and compassionate teacher. Special attention will be given to the nervous system.
Experience fresh sequences, concise teaching and individual attention to create a harmonious state for the mind and body. Yoga is a discipline that requires attention, intention, and retention.

Terri Damiani is an Iyengar yoga instructor, currently certified at the Intermediate Junior 2 level, with 14 years of teaching experience. A life long student of timeless wisdom, she continues to study with many gifted teachers including the Iyengars at the RIYMI in Pune, India.
Her unique blend of precise instruction and humour creates a safe, supportive, and fun environment, where students can progress at their own rate. Terri encourages and motivates people to work towards better health, in both mind and body, in an atmosphere of kindness.
