A guided meditation practice, Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep that is one of the most restful and restorative practices you can do.
Participants will rest in savasana (relaxation pose) or in a comfortable seated position while following guided instructions from Camellia’s soothing voice. Paired with the gentle, restorative sound and vibrations from the gong, the two practices together enhance a deepening of your profoundly relaxed state.
