Mindful Preludes to Sleep for Busy People

Ever wonder about engaging a meaningful and centering ritual for yourself prior to taking your daily rest? You are invited to participate in a period of mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques in a small group setting, and take some time for yourself on a weeknight!

Come sit for a while and engage your inner nobility and wisdom. Feel free to bring a comfy cushion to sit on.

Dates: Sundays, Oct. 21, 28, Nov. 3 and Nov. 11
Time: 7:30p – 9:00 p.m. 

Cost: Suggested $5 donation to cover rental of the space; plus dana teaching.

Lois Boxill is an ordained Episcopal/Anglican priest who is also a practicing consulting civil engineer based in Vancouver.

Since 2008 Lois has also been an active practitioner of insight meditation and is devoted to creating spaces of inclusion and welcome for all people.
