About Practice Tip of the Week:

Practice Tip of the Week is a detailed, friendly and encouraging aid to Iyengar yoga practice. It arrives via email every Friday afternoon with suggestions that will, week by week, lead you to a fuller, more satisfying home practice.

Going to class is wonderful. We all need to be seen through someone else's eyes, and to learn new poses and new ways of practicing. But until we practice at home, we never really experience the true power of yoga.

With a home practice, you'll find yourself making more progress in class, even in your most challenging poses. Better still, once a day, every day, you’ll deepen your connection with yourself. When you practice by yourself, you walk toward your own inner teacher.

How to use Practice Tip of the Week:
