Class Descriptions: 
Hatha Yoga
Detailed attention to alignment, movement sequences, core strengthening and relaxation.
Gentle Hatha Focuses on developing body awareness through movement (yoga postures and core strenthening), and relaxation techniques including breath work and meditation.
Restorative Hatha Create conscious relaxation through breath work and movement. No previous yoga experience required.
Iyengar Yoga Focuses on developing strength, endurance, balance and correct body alignment.

Kundalini

Yoga

Movement, sound current, breath and meditation is used to stimulate systems in the body, improving strength and flexibility as it centers the mind and opens the spirit.
Yamuna Body Rolling Balls are used to stimulate bone, helping to free restrictions in the body.
Pilates Movement from the inside out, particularly focusing on core muscles.

Continuum Uses movement, breath and sound to connect the individual with the larger currents of life energy.

Support, community and sharing for new moms and their babies.
SunDo An ancient Taoist practice based primarily on breathing techniques performed with special postures. Stimulates healthy functioning of the internal organs, leading to increased vitality, peace of mind and expanded awareness.

Levels: 
Mixed Levels
Suitable for beginners and more experienced students.
Level 1 Introductory. For students new to yoga, and advanced students wanting a focus on fundamentals.
Level 2 For students who are comfortable in standing poses and in shoulder stand.
Level 3 For intermediate and more advanced students.
 
Guidelines: 
Entry to Yoga on 7th Please enter the studio from the door off the lane.
What to bring Bare feet and an empty stomach. Have a light snack (yogurt, etc.) if necessary. All equipment provided.
Special Needs If you are pregnant, have your period, or have serious health concerns consult with your teacher before class.
Yoga Etiquette Try to be on time. Turn off your cell phone. Please don’t wear heavy perfumes. Remove your shoes in the entryway. No shoes in the studio please.
Parking There is plentiful parking in the EasyPark lot across the street. Rate is $2 an hour. On evenings and weekends there is free street parking available on 5th and 6th Avenues, and on Quebec street.
Bikes We have a bike rack at the rear of the building, off the lane.
