SunDo is a practice that brings balance to the body, mind and spirit.

Through yoga-like postures, breathwork, meditation, visualization and energy healing. SunDo integrates many modalities into one holistic practice.

As a form of Mountain Taoism, SunDo is both a breath and body-centered practice in which the amount and consistency of one's own personal practice is the key to true transformation.  

The practice of Sundo involves lower abdominal breathing along with special postures. 
This helps the body fight diseases naturally from within.  Continuous training results in genuine health of body and mind.

SunDo meets every Sunday morning, 7:45 to 9:45. Drop-in fee is $10.
