Improving the quality of your health will improve the quality of your life!  In this class you can expect a warm, welcoming environment to explore your true potential.  The foundations of Iyengar yoga—alignment, props and breath—will be evident.  You will receive penetrating instruction infused with humor and imagery by a kind and compassionate teacher.  Special attention will be given to the nervous system.

Experience fresh sequences, concise teaching and individual attention to create a harmonious state for the mind and body. Yoga is a discipline that requires attention, intention, and retention.
