How to choose a class:
Monday 5:30 pm: You're starting yoga, getting back after an injury, wanting to improve your fitness level slowly, wanting to work at a slower, gentler pace. Focuses on the Level one Iyengar syllabus.
Tuesday 5:30 pm: You're already active, and may have taken yoga classes before, but are new to Iyengar yoga. You may have an injury, but you're able to work with it. You want to deepen your understanding of the poses and how they work in your mind and body. More work with inversions and with pranayama. Includes foundation work as well as poses from the first three Iyengar syllabi.
Sunday 10 am: You're an experienced yoga student, with some Iyengar background, steady standing poses and confidence in shoulder stand. You want to deepen your understanding of the poses and how they work in your mind and body. More work with inversions and with pranayama. Includes poses from the first three Iyengar syllabi.
If you are currently enrolled in a class, you have priority for registration. To hold your space for January your cheque is required by December 31. You may post-date your cheque to January 12.
