Though Authentic Movement is a form of Dance Therapy,
this workshop will teach its use as a spiritual practice.
Our bodies are the bridge between spirit and matter, vessels of consciousness, miracles of life and breath. As participants follow their impulses to move, in the presence of a compassionate witness, they enter their bodies’ grace, allowing their souls to speak. The dialogue between mover and witness then becomes a revelation, bringing each one closer to their shared divine presence.
