Spinefulness not only offers a chance to reduce posture-related pain in all of your joints, it also makes you look and feel younger.
The two images above are of the Paloma, a dedicated Spinefulness student. The image on the left was taken 13 years before the image on the right. What happened? In the three years preceding the image on the right, Paloma started working with Spinefulness. You can read a more full account of her story at: https://www.spinefulness.com/

Jean Couch has been teaching Spinefulness in Palo Alto and all over the U.S. since 1992, as she says, “saving the world one spine at a time.” This is Jean's first trip to Vancouver, and we are honored and excited to host her workshops at Yoga on 7th.
Jean is the author of The Runner's Yoga Book, which has sold over 250,000 copies. In the late 1980's, Spinefulness helped her eliminate sciatica, back pains, pronounced kyphosis and a dowager's hump. She has since devoted herself to spreading spinal health and back relief through Spinefulness.
