30-Hour Spinefulness Teacher Training with Jean Couch at Yoga on 7th

Spinefulness not only offers a chance to reduce posture-related pain in all of your joints, it also makes you look and feel younger.

The two images above are of the Paloma, a dedicated Spinefulness student. The image on the left was taken 13 years before the image on the right. What happened? Teacher training is not just for potential teachers. Spend 30 hours over five days in a small group with a master teacher, and you can absorb enough body intelligence to begin to  shift your physical being toward strength, flexibility, relaxation an a fully embodied life.

Spinfulness Teacher Training hours:

Monday, July 9, Tuesday July 10, Wednesday July 11: 9 am to noon, 1:30 to 3:30 pm

Thursday, July 12, 9 am to noon, 1:30 to 3:30 pm, 6 to 8:30 pm,

Friday, July 13, 9 to noon, 1:30 to 3:30 pm.

Cost: $1365 including GST

Early Bird Registration. Save $200 with a non-refundable deposit of $400 before May 1, 2018. Remaining balance is due by June 15, 2018.

Jean Couch has been teaching Spinefulness in Palo Alto and all over the U.S. since 1992, as she says, “saving the world one spine at a time.” This is Jean's first trip to Vancouver, and we are honored and excited to host her workshops at Yoga on 7th.

Jean is the author of The Runner's Yoga Book, which has sold over 250,000 copies. In the late 1980's, Spinefulness helped her eliminate sciatica, back pains, pronounced kyphosis and a dowager's hump. She has since devoted herself to spreading spinal health and back relief through Spinefulness.
