Learn to sit, stand, bend, walk, sit in your car, lift and carry, and lie on your side and back without pain.
This is the most important physical class you will ever take.
You will become aware of what you are doing that is causing you pain, and at the end of the seminar you will know what to do to feel better. The course is a huge "eye-opener."

During this weekend you will learn the foundations of Spinefulness. A Foundations Intensive with Jean or with Eve is a prerequisite for Jean's Vancouver Teacher Training workshop, July 9 to 13.

Jean Couch has been teaching Spinefulness in Palo Alto and all over the U.S. since 1992, as she says, “saving the world one spine at a time.” This is her first trip to Vancouver, and we are honored and excited to host her workshops at Yoga on 7th.
Jean is the author of The Runner's Yoga Book, which has sold over 250,000 copies. In the late 1980's, Spinefulness helped her eliminate sciatica, back pain, pronounced kyphosis and a dowager's hump. She has since devoted herself to spreading spinal health and back relief through Spinefulness.
